Hot off the press! My very first attempt at self-publishing!

For over two years, I’ve taken part in numerous plogging events across Andalucía. Inspired by these experiences, I wrote this story in the hope of encouraging people of all ages to take action and protect the places that bring us joy. After all, even the smallest actions can make a big difference!

Bit by Bit tells the story of a small boy with big dreams. From an early age, Quique Bolsitas was deeply concerned about nature and about the rubbish he saw around him. This marked the beginning of a journey that, through dedication and perseverance, would lead him to care for his world, bit by bit, place by place.

Discover the magic of this inspiring story, where resilience and determination show us that even the biggest dreams can come true. The story encourages each of us to believe that, through small actions, we can help make a big difference to the world we live in.

The story is brought to life through beautiful, hand-painted illustrations by Natalia Rodríguez Ruiz, a teenage animal and environmental activist. Natalia is also the driving force behind Sin aletas no hay paraíso, an inspiring project dedicated to protecting sharks and whales in the Strait of Gibraltar.
